  21. Use a combination of morph target and procedural clip-map.  No need to grab
  22. out PAR sequences, or overly tedious cell animating. (Those that would

  25. Use a combination of a procedural clip-map and morph target. 
  26. Use a "grid" clipmap to slowly reveal a rectangle. (around 30 or so frames)
  27. Bend the rectangle into a pie-slice.  Morph rectangle to slice at frame zero.
  28. As the clipmap moves, it will move in an arc. (because textures are sticky)
